Design/Build is the process by which a single company is responsible for the entire project delivery from planning through turnover. At Allied/Cook we perform the Design/Build process by partnering with some of the areas best design firms. We choose the design team best suited for the project, and work with the Owner and team to get the project done.

Allied/Cook can be your single source provider for your building project. Through the Design/Build delivery method, we can get your project designed, permitted, priced, scheduled and built.

The Design/Build method is similar in process to the Construction Management method. The major difference is the contractual relationships between the Owner, Designers, and Allied/Cook. Design/Build appeals to Owners looking for a single source provider of construction services.
