General Contracting Services

Allied/Cook Construction has been in the General Contracting business in Maine since 1958. Even today with much of our focus on Construction Management, we have found it critical to maintain our General Contractor abilities. We maintain a field crew of skilled Superintendents, Carpenters, and Laborers which allows us to self-perform many trades when necessary to maintain budgets and schedules. Additionally, we have countless relationships with area subcontractors for every conceivable trade. Because of our long history and good reputation, we're able to get competitive pricing coupled with solid performance on the job.

When needed, Allied/Cook can perform demolition, concrete work, framing, drywall, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, siding, painting, and roofing with our own people. These capabilities have proven to be invaluable on many projects.
